Our core expertise is leadership development in the context of Corporate Social
Responsibility (CSR) through our Creating Competent
Leaders program. In this 15-week program managers and leaders from your
company mentor highly disadvantaged job seekers back into employment. This setup
provides a safe, yet challenging, environment for developing emotional competencies
and for increased leadership flexibility.
We also provide targeted Leadership Coaching for
managers at all levels. Our coaching focuses on leadership flexibility, emotional
competencies and the ability to adapt to a changing leadership environment.
Having Straight Conversations is a key challenge for
many leaders and too often leaders avoid the necessary performance feedback because
they don't know what to say and how and when to say it. Our program helps your
leaders feel more comfortable in instigating and following through with such conversations.
To develop an existing leadership group, we offer the
Leadership Clinic. This combination of detalied feedback, group and individual
coaching creates emotional learning for senior management groups that creates
true collaboration and leadership growth, making the group more productive and
more respected.
We have also created a 'bottom-up' approach to CSR Strategy
that looks at all business areas and at tactical and strategic time lines. This
process is a simple yet effective means to consolidating existing CSR projects
and creating an overarching set of CSR principles and strategy.
