Individual Coaching
Coaching has established its place in career development and leadership development
today, but how do you find the right coach? In Juno Consulting we take pride in the
experience and competence of our coaches. To us, the key to good coaching is the
coach’s ability to take you beyond your own limiting beliefs and beyond the limitations
of the coach’s own knowledge
We have worked with hundreds of emerging leaders and senior managers across a range
of industries and coached them in taking the next step in their career or leadership
practice. We believe that coaching involves unlocking a person’s potential to maximise
their own performance. It is encouraging and helping you to learn, rather than teaching you.
Our Individual Coaching focuses on 3 areas:
- Leadership Development,
- Career Progression or Transition, and
- Personal Development.
Our approach to coaching is based on the Behavioural Coaching Model. This means that
we consistently collect data and provide feedback on your behaviour, as the success of
coaching is measured by a change in your behaviour and by the recognition of that
successful behaviour change. A coaching relationship needs to be based on trust, safety
and integrity. We do not coach outside our areas of expertise, but we do have access
to a range of professionals that we can refer you to, if required.
