Paul spent the first 18 years of his career in people management positions in industries such as Tourism, Media and Corporate Training before moving into the not-for-profit sector. During this time he was responsible for building and maintaining senior business relationships nationally and internationally with global blue-chip companies.

Working as the Business Relationships Manager for The Salvation Army Employment Plus enabled Paul to channel his knowledge and expertise of the corporate sector to benefit the community, due to his understanding of the importance in creating ongoing mutually beneficial partnerships.

Paul joined Juno Consulting in January 2007 as our Business Relationship Manager. He holds a strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and his focus has been on managing Juno’s corporate-community initiatives such as the Community Mentoring program.

Facilitating Juno’s monthly Mock Interview Workshops has allowed Paul to engage with hundreds of participants from the corporate sector to assist disadvantaged individuals in their search for education or employment.

Travis Molloy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and has since worked for CSL and specialist biotechnology companies in infectious disease vaccine production and clinical development of experimental vaccines for diseases such as HIV.

In parallel with this career in science Travis studied and graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon as an Army Officer; following a posting in the Armoured Corps and a promotion to Captain. Travis transferred to a Training Command position into a role training and developing the next generation of full and part-time officers in the Australian Defence Force.

Undertaking leadership training and roles in both a corporate and defence environment has provided Travis with a unique perspective into practical leadership in a broad range of environments. In early 2006 he committed to a formal change in career path to focus on leadership training and development culminating recently in a role with Juno Consulting.

As a Juno facilitator, Travis draws upon his extensive hands-on training and coaching experience to deliver positive and measurable outcomes in Juno program participants. His scientific background is echoed in his ability to systematically identify and solve performance problems through straight conversations and through identifying underlying causes.
