At Juno Consulting we rely on the expertise and experience of our two
principals and three staff
for the quality and results of our work. At the same time we use a network of
associate consultants as contractors to bring in
specialist skills and experience when required. All associates share with us a
strong set of values and a passion for ethics, authenticity and integrity in business.
Managing Director Lynn Johnson has 15 years experience of working in a
multitude of roles including CEO of a non-profit organisation, management
consultant, marketing manager and research scientist. Her credentials include
extensive coaching experience, insight into the functioning of NGOs and
corporations across many industries and the ability to create and implement
innovative programs around leadership, emotional intelligence and business
community partnerships.
Peter Lanius spent the first 10 years of his career in the IT&T industry, working in
senior project manager and program manager roles across marketing, product
development, customer service and IT. Peter has in-depth knowledge in a wide
range of areas, including organisational cultures & structures, human
development, project management, sustainability and models for change. He has
been able to apply and test this knowledge in our programs and constantly
refines our approach.
