Rod is an experienced leader and business consultant with a strong background in Human Resource consulting covering career transition, outplacement, talent attraction and executive coaching. Focused and energetic, Rod has a history of achievement in delivering sustainable individual and business improvement.

His experience has been gained in leadership and consulting roles in information technology, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services organisations. Rod has delivered strategic human resource consulting embracing significant change, organisational effectiveness and workforce planning initiatives. Through his work Rod has built a clear understanding of the challenges facing leaders as they build organisational capability. Rod also has a track record in assisting business as it embraces changing labour market and workforce demographics. Within Juno, Rod’s areas of expertise include:

Sallyanne holds a Masters degree in Organisation Change and Development and is a qualified Somatic Therapist. For more than 15 years the focus of her work has been on developing leadership capability in the workplace. She has considerable experience in organisation development, leadership development, and management education. Sallyanne held roles as Change Manager and Organisation Development Manager in Westpac, leading major change programs. From there she moved to the University sector and spent a decade lecturing and co-directing the Masters of Business program in Organisation Change & Consulting.

Sallyanne has particular expertise in establishing and facilitating action learning and reflective practice skills in group settings, in parallel with leadership coaching. Within Juno, Sallyanne’s areas of expertise include:

  • Creating and facilitating programs for developing engaged work teams

Michelle is an energetic and motivated person very much committed to seeing people reach their full potential. With Bachelor degrees in both education and social work Michelle has over 12 years experience working at all levels of the education and higher education system as a teacher, trainer, lecturer and consultant.

Michelle has extensive experience in the coordination of service provision in local government and community services sectors. Michelle aims to achieve change through innovative and creative means by adopting a holistic yet strategic approach towards overcoming obstacles.

Michelle’s areas of specialisation are:

  • Intensive support, coaching and counselling


Alan's passion is leadership. Helping executives understand the critical differences between management and leadership is his focus. Alan has a strong sales and marketing background. In July 1984, Alan established Integro in Victoria and has personally built the business into one of Australia's best recognised leadership and executive development consultancies.

During the last few years, Alan's major role has been consulting to senior management, assisting their company to become more competitive by helping them to create an environment where people queue up to work there.

Alan's areas of specialisation are:

  • Developing emotional & spiritual intelligence
  • Advanced people skills in professional selling


Gary is a dynamic personal development specialist, professional speaker, published author, clinical psychotherapist and corporate counsellor. For over two decades Gary has spread the principles of Psycho-Cybernetics, the science of self-image reprogramming, showing that every human being has the capacity to re-write negative conditioning and enjoy a high self-concept.

Gary is the founder of Haseldine Winners International. His book, Imagination Power, has recently been published and is receiving acclaim.

Gary's areas of specialisation are:

  • Sporting team and athlete development and motivation
  • Personal success coaching and individual counselling


Wayne has the reputation for being Australia's Corporate Bridgebuilder. For nearly 20 years, Wayne has built relationship bridges both within and between businesses, organisations and individuals - coaching leaders and teams.

His company, Bridgeworks Innovative Solutions, partners with business to build strong relationships for success. This is achieved by helping leaders be more aware of the relationship 'bridges' they build and nurture.
