Catalyst
The Catalyst program is a High-Intensity job search and coaching program run jointly by Juno Consulting and a Job Network agency. In contrast to our Job Success program, this program splits the workload between us and the Job Network partner. It requires the Job Network partner to commit a full-time project manager for 8-9 weeks to the program and to allocate highest priority to reverse marketing the candidates.
In return for this significant investment, the Catalyst program has proven to deliver the highest success rates of any of our programs, with several Job Network sites achieving 80-90% intermediate outcome rates!
The program consists of 3 days foundation training and 5 weeks of intensive job search, interview preparation and individual coaching. Clients are required to attend 2 or 2.5 days on site at the Job Network every week. It also includes a 1/2-day mock interview workshop with 20-30 HR professionals from a range of companies.The program can be run with one or several sites referring candidates. Typically, 90-100 referrals are required to stabilise on 40 participants after the foundation training.
