CSR Examples

Below are some examples of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and programmes that we have created and implemented:

  • CSR training programs for boards, managers and staff
  • Pathways to implementing CSR in a company and CSR strategies
  • Managed Employee Volunteering Programs, including volunteer champions
  • Volunteer Impact Days, where 50-500 employees volunteer on the same day on a variety of projects
  • Community Mentoring programs, where 20-40 employees mentor long-term unemployed or other disadvantaged groups
  • Indigenous Employment Strategies, including pre-employment training and retention strategies
  • Transition to work programs for the long-term unemployed and people with disabilities (Employability for Life program)
  • Diversity initiatives and cross-cultural communication training
  • Stakeholder Engagement workshops covering challenges and opportunities
  • Business-community partnerships around financial hardship, domestic violence, eating disorders, youth at risk and other issues
  • Business engagement strategies for councils and NGO's

It is important that you find your own expression of CSR in your business and we specialise in creating models and programs that translate these intentions into tangible results.
