Paul Lacey
Paul spent the first 18 years of his career in people management positions in industries such as Tourism, Media and Corporate Training before moving into the not-for-profit sector. During this time he was responsible for building and maintaining senior business relationships nationally and internationally with global blue-chip companies.
Working as the Business Relationships Manager for The Salvation Army Employment Plus enabled Paul to channel his knowledge and expertise of the corporate sector to benefit the community, due to his understanding of the importance in creating ongoing mutually beneficial partnerships.
Paul joined Juno Consulting in January 2007 as our Business Relationship Manager. He holds a strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and his focus has been on managing Juno’s corporate-community initiatives such as the Community Mentoring program.
Facilitating Juno’s monthly Mock Interview Workshops has allowed Paul to engage with hundreds of participants from the corporate sector to assist disadvantaged individuals in their search for education or employment.
Mei Ouw, BA, LLB
Mei holds a Bachelor Degree in both Arts (Psychology) and Law as well as qualifications in kinesiology and training. Mei has a background in training and development, recruitment and human resources and has worked across various industries including consultancies, small businesses and the community services. In recent years she has developed and facilitated a wide range of personal development programs for the community services industry including the Certificate III in Employment Services.
She has a passion for helping people to raise their self-awareness and reach their full potential. Her training style is dynamic and inspires people to explore new possibilities and create more positive ways of thinking. In coaching clients Mei is able to guide individuals through the process of identifying and overcoming obstacles that prevent them from moving forward.
Mei’s areas of specialisation are:

Travis Molloy, BSc
Travis Molloy graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Applied Science and has since worked for CSL and specialist biotechnology companies in infectious disease vaccine production and clinical development of experimental vaccines for diseases such as HIV.
In parallel with this career in science Travis studied and graduated from the Royal Military College Duntroon as an Army Officer; following a posting in the Armoured Corps and a promotion to Captain. Travis transferred to a Training Command position into a role training and developing the next generation of full and part-time officers in the Australian Defence Force.
Undertaking leadership training and roles in both a corporate and defence environment has provided Travis with a unique perspective into practical leadership in a broad range of environments. In early 2006 he committed to a formal change in career path to focus on leadership training and development culminating recently in a role with Juno Consulting.
As a Juno facilitator, Travis draws upon his extensive hands-on training and coaching experience to deliver positive and measurable outcomes in Juno program participants. His scientific background is echoed in his ability to systematically identify and solve performance problems through straight conversations and through identifying underlying causes.
Loretta Gandolfo, BA
Loretta holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management along with qualifications in training. Loretta has worked for various private and non-for-profit organisations specialising in staff recruitment, facilitation of training and one on one coaching with individuals. In recent times she has developed and facilitated training programs which specialise in particular client groups within the community to find sustainable employment.
Whist working within the community sector in a Job Network organisation Loretta has developed a great understanding of the barriers which can prevent people from moving forward. Loretta has provided individuals with a clearly structured framework for taking control in order to ensure that they reach their full potential. Her training style ensures that clients are focusing on personal responsibility which helps individuals take control and move forward.
Rod Conn
Rod is an experienced leader and business consultant with a strong background in Human Resource consulting covering career transition, outplacement, talent attraction and executive coaching. Focused and energetic, Rod has a history of achievement in delivering sustainable individual and business improvement.
His experience has been gained in leadership and consulting roles in information technology, manufacturing, hospitality and professional services organisations. Rod has delivered strategic human resource consulting embracing significant change, organisational effectiveness and workforce planning initiatives. Through his work Rod has built a clear understanding of the challenges facing leaders as they build organisational capability. Rod also has a track record in assisting business as it embraces changing labour market and workforce demographics.
